When we had to replace our roof as part of the sale, she went the extra mile and worked with the title company, roofer and buyers to ensure that the roof was replaced timely. When we couldn't be at the house for a service (inspection, repairs, etc) she would meet the contractor at the house, ensure the work was done properly and communicate all findings to us. We appreciate the extra effort Abby delivered in order to make the sale a success.

But we have never experienced a realtor as remarkable as Abby Renner at RE/MAX. She was without a doubt the most professional, organized and knowledgeable realtor we have ever had. She handled everything: researched properties, contacted third parties, reminded us of deadlines and even corrected and error from our lender. She also very graciously entertained our children and various relatives who tagged along for the almost 100 properties we looked at and visited, before deciding to buy in Ft. Collins.
